Profumi intensi e persistenti, con note fruttate di mora e ciliegia, arricchita da note di erbe aromatiche, cannella, chiodi di garofano, cacao, liquirizia e un intrigante tocco minerale.
Taste
Struttura rilevante, ben equilibrata tra una importante ed armonica nota alcolica e un'adeguata freschezza, il tannino è morbido e la persistenza assai tenace.
Pairings
Ottimo con primi piatti ricchi, con carni rosse e con formaggi di media e lunga stagionatura.
