Fattoria la Rivolta is a company located in the province of Benevento, in the splendid setting of the Taburno.
In this ambinetazione one could only create a production of fantastic whites in which love, passion and respect for the environment represented the cornerstones of the company philosophy.
Since 1997 organic methods have been introduced and since 2001 all production has obtained ICEA organic certification.
All the grapes belong to the Doc of Taburno and Sannio and are vinified inside the stone farmhouse which has been totally restored.
We are in front of the production of the best whites in the region and Coda di Volpe is a wine that takes its name from the shape that the grapes take when fully ripe.
The nose is fruity with spicy aromas, on the palate there is a hint of acidity and a marked salinity.
To be combined with white meats, soups and fish-based dishes.
