Description
Fattoria la Rivolta is a company located in the province of Benevento, in the splendid setting of the Taburno.
In this ambinetazione one could only create a production of fantastic whites in which love, passion and respect for the environment represented the cornerstones of the company philosophy.
Since 1997 organic methods have been introduced and since 2001 all production has obtained ICEA organic certification.
All the grapes belong to the Doc of Taburno and Sannio and are vinified inside the stone farmhouse which has been totally restored.
We are in front of the production of the best whites in the region and among these we find the Greco Taburno 2019, a grape that of the Greek already known at the Roman age.
What is immediately striking about this wine are the great golden reflections that hit the eyes, followed by a mix of aromas that start from bitter fruit and end with a hint of wildflower honey. Balanced, soft flavor with a hint of final acidity.
It goes well with fish dishes but is exalted above all with shellfish.
Splendida veste dorata.
Intenso e profumato all'olfatto di fiori di campo, fresia, paglia, soffi di lavanda, menta, scorzetta di pompelmo e mandorla fresca.
Bocca calda e ben strutturata, ricca di freschezza e mineralità, equilibrato e persistente nelle note fruttate.
Pesci, crostacei.
