A small family-run business in the Ribeira Sacra in Galicia. The cultivation and production is organic and is the result of the work of Xabi and Martina Pradio who carry on the ancient family traditions. Tinto 2015 embodies all these traditions, very structured with red fruit in the center, it's all Mencia fermented with native yeasts and without the addition of sulfur. On the palate berries with hints of wild stones, lavender, pepper and red orange. Beautiful bright acidity and satiny tannins keep things in place with traces of anise, strawberry and salty elements.
