Federico Graziani is a wine lover from a young age, just think that at 15 he attended his first course at Ais, winning at 19 the title of Best Sommelier in Italy.
A person who has dedicated his entire life to wine, becoming an entrepreneur and owner of a winery almost by accident after a trip to the lands of Etna.
Here he decides to buy an old vineyard, which otherwise would have disappeared, and to start producing his wine, the first of which was Profumo di Vulcano.
After the experience of Profumo di Vulcano he feels the need to produce a more accessible wine, to share the fruit of work with a greater number of people, connoisseurs and simple enthusiasts. For this reason, it acquired new vineyards located on the north side, within the area of ??production of the designation of origin, in a district of excellence that boasts a wine-making tradition of over two thousand years.
It is from these sandy and skeletal soils that my Etna Rosso is born, a wine that speaks the language of its land and embodies its spirit.
