Federico Graziani is a wine lover from a young age, just think that at 15 he attended his first course at Ais, winning at 19 the title of Best Sommelier in Italy.
A person who has dedicated his entire life to wine, becoming an entrepreneur and owner of a winery almost by accident after a trip to the lands of Etna.
Here he decides to buy an old vineyard, which otherwise would have disappeared, and to start producing his wine, the first of which was Profumo di Vulcano.
After the experience of Profumo di Vulcano he feels the need to produce a more accessible wine, to share the fruit of work with a greater number of people, connoisseurs and simple enthusiasts. For this reason, it acquired new vineyards located on the north side, within the area of ??production of the designation of origin, in a district of excellence that boasts a wine-making tradition of over two thousand years.
It is from these sandy and skeletal soils that my Etna Rosso is born, a wine that speaks the language of its land and embodies its spirit.

Color
Rubino leggero, trasparente.

Smell
Fragrante al naso, si apre nelle note della frutta rossa, fragole e lamponi avvolti da una freschezza agrumata di mandarino e un finale piacevolmente minerale. Chiude una nota di vaniglia e cioccolato bianco lievemente speziato.

Taste
Si presenta particolarmente fresco e dissetante, con una percezione tannica viva e armoniosa. Il retrogusto è piacevolmente pulito e sapido, accattivante e spensierato.

Pairings
Si presta ad abbinamenti molto ampi per la sua dinamicità. Ottimo con rombo o tonno alla griglia, crostacei alla catalana e carni bianche delicate come coniglio e faraona arrosto.

My vineyards are located at the foot of Mt. Etna, between 600 and 1,200 metres above sea level, on the northern and north-western slopes. This is a mysterious and special place, a unique ecosystem with its own remarkable climatic variability and a variegated landscape teeming with life. For the past 2000 years, people here have been growing vineyards in small plots of land reclaimed from the mountain, living in symbiosis with the volcano and adapting to the power and unpredictability of its elements. This is slow and ancient work, carried out by hand with toil, passion, and respect.
