The proof is this fascinating Chardonnay Ferretti Feudi del Pisciotto, born from the most adaptable variety among the autochthonous ones. A wine with important qualities, with a good acidity which also makes it suitable for aging.
Straw yellow color, fresh and fruity bouquet of yellow peach and pineapple. Very pleasant and ideal with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.

Feudi del Pisciotto has the new vineyards (33 hectares planted since 2002) situated at about 250 meters of altitude and 6 km from the sea as the crow flies. It benefits therefore of two climatic moderators: the altitude, where arrive the sea breezes, and the sea itself, a great compensator of the temperature. A combination of history and high technology (in the new wine cellar) with the target of reaching the highest levels of the Sicilian high quality production.
