Very hot and sweet, it is made agile by the fresh savory binomial. Closure of infinite persistence with richly spiced candied echoes.
Warm and intense olfactory impact with candied fruit, date and peach in syrup, blossom in bloom and honey, brackish effluvi embellished with buttery nuances and toasted nuts.
At the end of the meal, it is combined with desserts made with cream and ricotta. Great with a plate of grassy cheeses.

Feudi del Pisciotto has the new vineyards (33 hectares planted since 2002) situated at about 250 meters of altitude and 6 km from the sea as the crow flies. It benefits therefore of two climatic moderators: the altitude, where arrive the sea breezes, and the sea itself, a great compensator of the temperature. A combination of history and high technology (in the new wine cellar) with the target of reaching the highest levels of the Sicilian high quality production.
