Details of wine

The Caeles project in Firriato was born from the desire to continue on the path undertaken in 2007 of a production that fully respects the territory and its entire ecosystem.

Within this project we find a series of labels, symbol of this splendid island, made using the certified organic method on some of the most beautiful Sicilian hills.

In one of these, in the Borgo Guarini estate, the Grillo grapes are grown from which the homonymous organic and vegan wine is born.

A white with a strong character, born on a very particular cru with silty characteristics, very complex but at the same time with great elegance and easy to drink, able to conquer even the skeptics of organic production.

Giallo paglierino brillante e luminoso.

Smell

All'olfatto subito si presenta dapprima con delicati sentori floreali per poi dare spazio alle note agrumate ed agli eleganti sentori di frutta esotica.

Taste

In bocca è fresco e rotondo, con un ottimo equilibrio tra freschezza e sapidità, ottima persistenza.

Pairings

Ideale con piatto di pasta al pesto, pesce e crostacei.
