The Firriato winery can easily define itself as an ambassador of the Sicilian wine tradition, thanks to its production in which the traditional vines appreciated all over the world are enhanced.
In recent years it has been the forefather of an organic movement in great ferment and named the first Italian winery with zero impact, testifying to its attention to respect for the territory and its characteristics.
With this in mind, the Caeles project was born in the Baglio Sorìas estate, which includes the Syrah Organic 2016, an organic and vegan wine that symbolizes respect for nature at the basis of the company philosophy.
A warm red like the Sicilian land, with an intense red color and witness to the great potential that this international grape can express set in this splendid island.
Rosso intenso.
Ricco di nuance deliziose che ricordano i frutti rossi della campagna trapanese e i frutti del sottobosco. Al bouquet fruttato si aggiungono note floreali e speziate che arricchiscono la componente olfattiva.
In bocca è gustoso, prodotto da un frutto maturo e piacevole, che si scioglie in bocca con un sapore intenso che sa di natura. Di ottima beva, il suo calice è molto apprezzato e piacevole.
Da abbinare con i piatti tipici della cucina siciliana a base di melanzane, ottimo con carni alla brace e formaggi.
