Within the Agro di Trapani, the Firriato company gives life to the white "Quarter Vitis" worthy representative of the most typical white grape varieties of the Sicily region.
Inzolia, Carricante, Catarratto and Zibibbo are magically assembled in equal parts to create a Sicilian white wine with a distinctly aromatic profile.
It is a generous wine, with marked floral and fruity notes. The body is of medium structure with a very clean and punctual sip.
After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing, and the must ferments in steel tanks for a total of about 20 days. The wine then remains to mature for 6 months in steel, until the cellar deems it ready to be bottled and marketed.
Quater vitis Bianco can be defined as an original interpretation of Sicily that encloses the island in a single glass.
