Details of wine

The "Sant'Agostino Bagli Sorìa" white wine comes from a careful selection of Catarratto grapes, typical of Sicily, and international grapes such as Chardonnay. Both are grown in the Baglio Sorìa estate owned by the Firriato company, where these blends are wisely blended to create a great enological product rich in refinement and character. The vineyards grow at the gates of drills on a calcareous and clay soil at about 250 meters above sea level. The grapes, grown organically, after the harvest undergo a soft pressing and then be left in steel containers for 6 months in contact with their own noble lees.
Sant'Agostino bianco is a particularly pleasant wine to drink, where the fruity scents from the tropical to the citrus are clearly perceptible, it also enjoys a particular lightness in the mouth accompanied by a pleasant savory note.
Excellent with a fish tempura.
