It is in the perfect harmony between Francesco, Gabriella, Marcello, Roberto and Pia Donata, the latter managing director, who can find the reasons for the success of the Berlucchi Fratelli Azienda Agricola. A reality that can count on nearly 70 hectares of DOC and DOCG and the great experience of the enologist Cesare Ferrari, who has been a technical director for more than 30 years. A context from which Franciacorta is born of great personality, charm and precision, whose secret has to do with the long refinements that characterize them. In order to produce Franciacorta, very long times are required: Approximately 7 months after harvest, the base wine is added to the yeast and bottled. They should pass at least 18 months (30 and over if they are talking about milliseconds) of slow reforestation in the bottle before they can be subjected to the boiling. In the case of Berlucchi Brothers these times are lengthened, even a long way, in order to find for each cuvée the elegance that is the true trademark of the cellar of Borgonato, a small hamlet of Corte Franca, Brescia. Whether it's the Freccianera or the House of the Columns, labels that represent the essence of the best Franciacorta.
