|GROUND||I terreni di Langa, costituiti da marne sabbiose ricche di calcare, rendono il nostro Nebbiolo un vino aromatico e strutturato ma allo stesso tempo fine e delicato.|
|REFINEMENT||L'affinamento prevede l'uso di legni grandi, dove il nostro Nebbiolo riposa per circa 9 mesi sotto attente cure. L'imbottigliamento avviene l'estate successiva alla vendemmia.|
|WINEMAKING||La vinificazione viene interpretata di anno in anno adattandosi alle caratteristiche delle singole annate seguendo la tecnica del cappello sommerso.|

The Fogliati farm was born as a result of tradition and passion. Already owned in 1800 by Spirito Zocca, a historic producer and exporter of Barolo in Argentina, the estate, which extends between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte, was acquired in the early 1950s by Guido Fogliati, who continued the activity. At his death, the vineyards continued to be cultivated but production stopped and the grapes were sold to important producers. It was only in 2016 that the grandchildren Guido and Annalisa took over the management of the land and the splendid villa, which were brought back to life through extensive renovation and conversion to organic cultivation. And so it is that in the marvellous setting of Castiglione Falletto, overlooking the spectacular hills of the Langhe, a Unesco heritage site, a young and dynamic company was born, dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and the production of Barolo and Langhe Nebbiolo in full respect of the territory and tradition.
