The Fontezoppa cellars are a very important reality in the Marche region in wine production, carrying on the traditions of the terroir on which they are located. Within this territory there are many native and international vines and among these this Cabernet Sauvignon Carapetto comes to life.
The grapes come from a soil in biological conversion without chemical weeding, manual harvest with vinification in French oak barrels, maturation in steel and aging 12 months in barrique.
Ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose highlights hints of tobacco, vanilla and berries. Intense flavor, with marked tannins and a long finish.
Ideal pairing with braised meat, truffle risotto and aged cheeses.

Fontezoppa is the name of an ancient water source that flowed where now chase the rows of vines. Everything in the Marche region has a name, valleys, ditches, fields and alleys; sign of human passage and an intense relationship with the land.
Right from the earth we must begin to tell the story of Fontezoppa Cellars. A variety of grapes delivered to ancient techniques and expert hands meets here the generosity of the land and the air goodness. The result is a wine with a strong personality, the product of green hills overlooking the sea now, now to the mountains.
A Civitanova Alta and in Serrapetrona has found the right balance between climate and richness of the soil, so it is in the space between the Adriatic Sea and the Blue Mountains that Fontezoppa Cellars grow and mature their best wines. Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Tear, but also Maceratino, Crossing Bruni, Pecorino are the vines planted around Civitanova Alta, under the beneficent influence of the sea.
The slopes of the Blue Mountains are located instead of the Vernaccia Nera plants, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese. Serrapetrona has always been the land of the Vernaccia, a grape of ancient spiciness able to draw the attention of the national wine scene and today the center of rediscoveries and experiments. It is in partnership with the land that is hidden the secret of good wine, an alliance
