Goutorbe-Bouillot is a family-run "Domaine" run by Bastien and Dominique Papleaux. There are about 8 hectares in possession of the HVE (Haute Valeur Enviromentale) certificatione mainly located near the village of Damery and some vineyards in the village of Cumières. The precise choice of vinegar grapes according to the solitary method classifies this Vigneron as one of the most closely related to tradition and deeply bound to its own land. The family's motto, which is good for this philosophy, is the following: "Damery, terre mère nourricière" (Damery: our Mother Earth that nourishes us). In the vineyard is cultivated taking the utmost respect towards environmental values and in the cellar, as said, proceed according to the traction to condense in each bottle, past, present and future of this family joined firmly to their land.
