Alberto Aiello Graci is a thirty-five-year-old boy who decided to change his life after the studies in Economics and a job in Milan. He chose to return to Sicily and starting a new job, that of the winemaker. Today, almost two years joined him with the same dedication and passion younger sister, Elena. Since he started this new adventure, Alberto has always had clear ideas: she took over the vineyards of a shining beauty, cultivated plants sapling that time, the climate and the work of winemakers have changed in form. Grapes and volcano, this are the wines of Graci, only interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic millstone recovered with mastery by Alberto. Here a part is occupied by the production structure, while a part, with vaulted ceilings, still houses the old barrels and tools for wine production tools.
