Details of wine

Cultivated at 550 m.l.m, the Petite Arvine vine is obtained with eco-sustainable cultivation techniques, without insecticide and acarid treatments and only with the use of organic fertilizers. A certified organic wine from 2015, with a straw yellow color, floral and citrus notes that recall pink grapefruit. Overall a well structured wine, with a marked flavor that binds in an excellent way to appetizers, white meats and fish.

REFINEMENT 70%: 6 mesi in acciaio "sur lie" 30%: 6 mesi in barrique di rovere francese. In entrambi i casi vengono effettuati due battonnage a settimana nei mesi di Novembre e Dicembre.

WINEMAKING In bianco, con uso di pied de cuve selezionate nei nostri vigneti.
PRODUCTION In parte meccaniche e in parte manuale, con tecniche consentite esclusivamente in agricoltura biologica, non vengono quindi effettuati trattamenti insetticidi, acaricidi e di diserbo chimico. Le concimazioni sono eseguite con l'apporto di sostanze organiche (letame).
