Description

Details of wine

The Haderburg company takes its name from the castle that overlooks the town of Salorno in the southernmost part of South Tyrol. The soils of the Hausmannhof farm represent the heart of this winery and are characterized by an ideal climate for growing vines.

The protagonist of this reality is the Biodynamics on which the entire production is based; everything is natural and evolves following the rhythms of the growth and rest of the earth.
Each element of the ecosystem is a gear of the production system, from the cow that with its manure will fertilize the soil making it more fertile to the winemaker who with his plow will draw the lines for the crops.

The soils of this cellar are kissed by the sun and favor the production of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Nero with which the wines will be made.

Gewürztraminer Haderburg, made with the vine of the small hamlet of Pochi, conquers you with its pleasant sweet / savory contrast and its structure.

A white that gives off the scents of the expanses on the slopes of the mountains of South Tyrol.

Start-up year: 1976
Cultivated hectares: 11
Address: Pochi di Salorno, 30 - Salorno (BZ)

In the mid-1970s, we made the daring transformation from being a fruit-growing farm concerned only with the production and sale of grapes and apples to a winery which processes its own grapes. Since that turning point, our enthusiasm for good wines and champagnes has set the tone for the work in the vineyards and in the wine cellar.
