Description

Details of wine

Haderburgb is a winery in the southernmost part of South Tyrol, well known for its highly biodynamic approach with which it produces all its labels.

The soils of the Hausmannhof are the places where the grapes are cared for and allowed to grow following the natural rhythms of the earth. Everything flows slowly and is integrated into a process where nature is the undisputed protagonist.

Starting from this philosophy, the cellar creates a range of very interesting wines among which this Pinot Noir Blauburgunder Hausmannhof 2018 obtained from organic agriculture deserves a prominent place.

A beautiful interpretation of the noble Burgundy wine from which it inherits finesse and aromaticity.

Smell

CELLAR

Name: Haderburg
Start-up year: 1976
Cultivated hectares: 11
Address: Pochi di Salorno, 30 - Salorno (BZ)

In the mid-1970s, we made the daring transformation from being a fruit-growing farm concerned only with the production and sale of grapes and apples to a winery which processes its own grapes. Since that turning point, our enthusiasm for good wines and champagnes has set the tone for the work in the vineyards and in the wine cellar.
