The grounds of the Hausmannhof farm are the heart of the Haderburg winery located in the southernmost part of South Tyrol.
A biodynamic company, in which an integrated ecosystem has been created in which all the elements move harmoniously with the aim of giving grapes from which wines with the flavor of these lands can be born.
The cellar produces a wide range of labels that vary from sparkling wine to whites, all with limited editions as they prefer the low yield of the vineyards and the high quality of the grapes.
The Riesling Obermairlhof Val d'Isarco 2018 is a white with a fine flavor, obtained with the native grape variety grown in Chiusa Valle d'Isarco and vinified in steel.
A Riesling that gives the scents of these lands, where everything flows slowly and nature is the undisputed queen.

In the mid-1970s, we made the daring transformation from being a fruit-growing farm concerned only with the production and sale of grapes and apples to a winery which processes its own grapes. Since that turning point, our enthusiasm for good wines and champagnes has set the tone for the work in the vineyards and in the wine cellar.
