La Felce is a small family-run Ligurian company, founded in 1950 in Ortonovo.
At the helm we find Andrea Marcesini, a winemaker who makes wines without following fashions, tied to the traditions handed down from generation to generation and for this reason he is shy about respecting the strict disciplines that are so popular today.
In the cellar a strictly biological method is adopted, without the use of chemicals in full respect of biodiversity.
Entering this reality means breathing the scent of history full of anecdotes and testimonies such as the ancient barrel, jealously guarded but not in use by now, in which refugees were hidden during the Second World War.
La Fenice belongs to the Triple "A" cellars, therefore its productions go beyond modern standardizations, seeking the ingenious touch of the winemaker who manages to convey originality and character to the wines.
FelceBianco is a dry wine, with great drinkability and versatility. A blend of hand-picked Malvasia, Trebbiano and Vermentino grapes, gently pressed and fermented using only indigenous yeasts.
A light white with saline notes to be appreciated during a hot summer day.
