La Serena is a family-run business in the beautiful lands of Montalcino, where Sangiovese finds the best conditions to grow and give life to some of the most famous wines such as Rosso di Montalcino or the very famous Brunello.

In 2010 the company began its conversion to organic, strongly convinced that only by becoming natural can all the qualities of these lands be transmitted.

Harvesting and manual selection of the grapes are the first stages of processing these vineyards, followed by fermentation in steel and aging for at least 2 years in barrels.

Rosso di Montalcino preserves some of the characteristics of Brunello, but with the natural sins of youth. A very balanced wine, intense on the palate and with the right acidity.
