This Laporte Sancerre La Comtesse 2016 is made from hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 ° C. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. The cuvée is aged on the lees for 8 months. Balanced and mineral wine with a savory and compact structure. The wine also offers apricot and berry aromas in white stone. Excellent with white meats and young cheeses.
