The domaine Laporte represents a company that, although created back in 1850, has been able, through the precious work of the Bourgeois family, to work on Terroir wines where the difference in the soil is very marked. This Laporte Sancerre La Comtesse 2016 is made from hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 ° C. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. The cuvée is aged on the lees for 8 months. Balanced and mineral wine with a savory and compact structure. The wine also offers apricot and berry aromas in white stone. Excellent with white meats and young cheeses.
