In addition to the particularity of the grapes, which come from old clones of Glera (Prosecco), this vineyard has always enjoyed an important structure, which we decided to enhance with the classic method sparkling wine, with a stay of about 1 year on the lees. This Prosecco with very few sugars (0.1 grams / liter) really allows you to fully enjoy the mineral richness of our territory of Asolo DOCG.

LOCATION Questa originale selezione nasce dalle uve della "Vigna Monti", un appezzamento del 1975 situato sulla collina del Montello (a nord di Venezia), nella zona storica del Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
WINEMAKING il vino viene vinificato in modo tradizionale e poi in primavera viene messo in bottiglia per la seconda fermentazione ed per un periodo di sosta sui lieviti che dura fino alla primavera successiva. La lenta maturazione sui lieviti valorizza la naturale ricchezza dell'Asolo Prosecco ed evidenzia così un carattere unico ed inconfondibile rispetto a tutte le altre tipologie di Prosecco.

In Venegazzù of Volpago del Montello, on the slopes of the Riviera with the same name located in the heart of Marca Trevigiana, extend 60 hectares of the Azienda Agricola Conte Loredan Gasparini. An area historically acclaimed for its quality wine production, so much that in 1590 the historian Bonifacio sang its praises in his “Trevigiana History” sustaining that “the Trevigi countryside has woodlands useful for timber and for hunting… The land produces (…) excellent wines and the most remarkable is the one of the Montello Riviera” which consists of clay earth rich in iron and minerals. Founded in the 50s by Count Piero Loredan, direct descendant of the Doge of Venice Leonardo Loredan (who chose the territory of “Vignigazzu” to establish his residence in a magnificent Palladian villa), in 1973 the business passed under the property and direction of the present owner, Mr. Giancarlo Palla. From its beginnings the founder planted the company’s tenements vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbech in order to produce highly esteemed quality wines.
