The winery L. Today, this small house is conducted with skill, passion and hard work by Olivier Huot and his wife Annemarie. The seven hectares of vineyards, which are all in the area of Epernay, highly suited for the production of Champagne, are grown in equal measure with the Pinot Noir grape varieties, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The treatments, which are carried out in the vineyard, are called "lutte raisonnée" that is minimally invasive with respect to a sustainable harvest and cultivation is done in a careful selection of grapes. Champagnes Huot, synonymous with freshness, elegance and charm, have aroused the interest of both the public and critics, who has given them numerous awards.
