Brut Rosé comes from Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese grapes grown in the Torgiano harvested manually in early September.
The production follows the Classic Method which gives life to a pleasant wine throughout the meal, with a seductive aroma and a marked freshness.

Color
Buccia di cipolla limpido e brillante.

Smell
Suadente e fragrante: richiama la crosta di pane, glicine e rosa e a seguire nota di delicata nocciola e mentolo e un cenno alla scorza di agrumi nel finale.

Taste
Vibrante freschezza e timbro decisamente mandorlato, con spuma delicata e di grande persistenza; progressione avvolgente, con un lieve tocco minerale nel retrogusto.

Pairings
Bollicine rosa finissime per un aperitivo di grande attualità o per proseguimento a tutto pasto. Perfetto con salmone affumicato, carpaccio di manzo, terrina di fois gras, sushi, sashimi e tempura.
