Torgiano is the Umbrian territory to which the region owes its wine popularity, thanks above all to the work of the Lungarotti family.
Founded in the early 60s, it has always paid attention to respect for the environment up to the present day in which it produces through eco-sustainable viticulture, through the use of organic fertilizers and keeping the ecosystem that surrounds it unchanged.
An expression of Cantina Lungarotti is this Brut Millesimato 2016, obtained through the Classic Method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
It was produced for the first time in 1978 and today has nothing to envy to the production of the best known areas both in terms of freshness and elegance.

Color
Giallo paglierino intenso, riflessi dorati.
Smell
Elegante complessità, richiama la mandorla, la nocciola e una lieve espressione di crosta di pane; molto intenso dalla chiusura floreale.
Taste
Avvolgente, con spuma delicata e di grande persistenza; fruttato e di bella struttura, con acidità fresca e pulita, nel finale lascia un tocco agrumato.
Pairings
Ottimo aperitivo, è una scelta felice anche nel proseguimento a tutto pasto.
