description
Lungarotti is a winery that has been giving prestige to the entire Umbrian wine scene for over 50 years, managing to combine a production with important numbers with the use of environmentally friendly cultivation methods.
First company to acquire the Green Heart Quality seal of quality assigned by the Umbria Region to certify the green spirit that we find within this winery.
The company is now led by the daughters of Giorgio Lungarotti, Chiara and Teresa who, following in the footsteps of their father, have managed to confirm all the successes, integrating the processes produced with increasingly eco-sustainable techniques.
Rubesco Torgiano is the wine par excellence, the ambassador of Lungarotti all over the world, obtained from hand-picked Sangiovese and Colorino.
A point of reference for all Italian wine production, with a balanced body and pleasant drinkability.

Founded in the early 60's by Giorgio Lungarotti, the company soon became a driving force that opened up new opportunities not only for Torgiano but for the whole of Umbria too: wine as the centerpiece of a very high quality touristic and productive center, and cornerstone of a highly integrated promotional tool for the whole region.
