Lungarotti the name of a winemaking tradition that made Umbria of wine famous all over the world.
Always at the forefront of eco-sustainable production, it bases its activity on respect for the soil's biodiversity and all that surrounds it.
Proof of this corporate philosophy is the recognition of the V.I.V.A. Certification, first in Umbria to obtain it and ninth at national level, it provides companies with a tool for diagnosing the impacts of the wine product, and at the same time a means of guarantee and transparency for the consumer.

The Torgiano Rubesco Vigna Monticchio Riserva is fermented in steel, with maceration on the skins at controlled temperature and aging in oak barrels.

Color

Rosso rubino intenso, con sfumature violacee.

Smell

Elegante e complesso, ricorda la visciola e la violetta; delicati richiami alla violetta e di raffinati sentori boisé(cacao, caffeé); finale speziato di pepe e chiodi di garofano.

Taste

Attacco caldo e consistente nella struttura, frutto complesso e leggermente balsamico; acidità viva e piacevolmente fresca, tannino intrigante, finale lungo e dalla chiusura speziata.

Pairings

Piatti di raffinata cucina internazionale, filetto al pepe, arrosti di carni rosse e brasati, formaggi stagionati.
