Lungarotti is the name of a winemaking tradition that has made Umbria wine famous all over the world.
Always at the forefront of eco-sustainable production, it bases its activity on respect for the soil's biodiversity and all that surrounds it.
Proof of this corporate philosophy is the recognition of the V.I.V.A. Certification, the first in Umbria to obtain it and ninth at a national level, it provides companies with a tool for diagnosing the impacts of the wine product, and at the same time a means of guarantee and transparency for the consumer.
The White Torre di Giano 2019, obtained with a blend of Vermentino, Grechetto and Trebbiano comes from vines grown on clay soils that are harvested by hand in respect of sustainability and then undergo cryomaceration in ice that allows you to extract all the aromas. After this phase it is refined in steel tanks before being bottled and put on the market.
The name recalls the Roman origins of Torgiano, as evidenced by the tower dedicated to Janus, the two-faced god. Label: bas-relief depicting the grape harvest, detail of the Fontana Maggiore of Perugia, the most beautiful fountain in the square of the thirteenth century.
One of the most representative wines of this cellar.
