When we talk about oenological masterpieces, a place of honor is reserved for the Maso Martis Trentodoc Brut Riserva. Produced in organic vineyards with ICEA certification from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grafted on Kober 5BB and matured on yeasts for at least 4 years.
The technique used allows to enhance the softness, flavor and aroma that recalls the hint of vanilla. Its structure is enhanced with the combination with raw and fish-based dishes.
Giallo paglierino.
Intenso, con una nota vanigliata.
Al palato accomuna straordinaria morbidezza e spiccata sapidità. Molto corposo e intenso con un'ottima persistenza gustativa.
Ottimo a tutto pasto. Ideale con crudita? marine e i menu? a base di pesce.

REFINEMENT | Dopo una permanenza sui lieviti per un periodo di 36 mesi, viene eseguito il remuage manuale e quindi la sboccatura con successivo confezionamento. |

WINEMAKING | Si esegue una vendemmia a mano in piccole casse; segue immediatamente una pressatura soffice delle uve intere di Chardonnay e di Pinot Nero, lavorate separatamente. Il Pinot Nero viene vinificato solo in acciaio mentre il mosto di Chardonnay fermenta e affina in barriques per circa 8 mesi prima del tiraggio. Avviene poi l'attenta preparazione della cuve?e tra Chardonnay e Pinot Nero rispettivamente nella misura del 30% e 70% e il successivo imbottigliamento con l'aggiunta di lieviti selezionati. |

Our winery was founded in 1990, some years before the birth of our two daughters Alessandra and Maddalena. Until the beginning we are dedicated almost exclusively to the production of classic method sparkling wine. Maso Martis is in Martignano, at the foot of Mount Calisio (also called Argentario) above Trento, 450 m above sea level A mountain terrain he knows growing since the end of 800, well exposed and caressed by the mountain breeze. Since 1986 we cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards. Our wines come exclusively from our grapes. The harvest on the farm - hand-made - it is lived today as a village festival. Our idea of safeguarding the genuine product and our environment led us towards organic farming. The vintage 2013 we have been certified organic by ICEA for the vineyard and the winery.
