The production area of the Maso Martis winery is the one located above Trento, where the Dolomites offer breathtaking scenery.
The respect for nature that is perceived in these places is the same respect that is guaranteed for all the production of this cellar.
Production limited to 80,000 bottles and since 2013 ICEA organic certification for vineyards and cellars, they are business cards that highlight the eco-sustainable nature of the company.

The Maso Martis Trento Dosaggio Zero was born by chance in 2009 and in 2013 was the protagonist of Vinitaly.
All organic grapes with which Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are produced are harvested exclusively by hand, fertilized organically and with only drip rescue irrigation.

One of the first classic pas dosè method produced in Trentino that impresses with its intensity and minerality.

Deciso, intenso, leggermente di lievito, mandorla e nocciola.

Taste

Secco con ottima acidità e sapidità bilanciate dal fi nale morbido.

Ottimo a tutto pasto, si sposa bene con piatti a base di pesce o crostacei. Bene anche con i salumi e formaggi saporiti.

WINEMAKING Il Pinot Nero viene vinifi cato solo in acciaio, mentre il mosto di Chardonnay fermenta e affi na in barriques per circa 8 mesi prima del tiraggio. Avviene la separazione dai lieviti e la preparazione della cuvée tra Pinot Nero e Chardonnay rispettivamente nella misura del 70% e 30%. La primavera successiva viene imbottigliato con l'aggiunta di lieviti selezionati (tiraggio o presa di spuma).
PERLAGE Bollicine sottili, molto persistenti.

Our winery was founded in 1990, some years before the birth of our two daughters Alessandra and Maddalena. Until the beginning we are dedicated almost exclusively to the production of classic method sparkling wine. Maso Martis is in Martignano, at the foot of Mount Calisio (also called Argentario) above Trento, 450 m above sea level A mountain terrain he knows growing since the end of 800, well exposed and caressed by the mountain breeze.   Since 1986 we cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards. Our wines come exclusively from our grapes. The harvest on the farm - hand-made - it is lived today as a village festival. Our idea of safeguarding the genuine product and our environment led us towards organic farming. The vintage 2013 we have been certified organic by ICEA for the vineyard and the winery.
