Details of wine
Considered the rebel of Provence, Henri Milan has been head of the family estate since 1986 and has established himself for his desire to tell the territory through his wines, leaving any predefined scheme and proposing agriculture with minimal intervention by the 'man.
Prominent exponent of biodynamic agriculture, it does not use selected yeasts and no compound of chemical origin, the vineyards grow spontaneously and the horse is the only means of plowing the soil.
Luna e Gaia is the wine that bears the name of the two dogs of the Domaine, a jack russel and a labrador, a refreshing and citrus macerated white wine. A novelty for this winery introduced by Henri's son, Téophile which promises really well.
