The Mustilli family has a 5 centuries long historical tradition with a company philosophy that spread the culture of wine, and the culture of good things of the earth. 100% Piedirosso grape that is grown at 250 m above sea level, the Artus Sant'Agata ferments and matures in ceramic pots, its he is ruby red with violet reflections. The scent is characterized by the presence of hints of plum, lavender and thyme. The presence of tannins is delicate, the moderate flavor and the balanced sides release a note of dried fruit. A wine that goes well with fish soups and first courses with meat sauce.
Rosso rubino brillante con riflessi violacei, mediamente intenso.
Intenso, fine e delicatamente fruttato con note di prugne e frutti rossi, floreale con ricordi di piante officinali, lavanda, salvia, timo.
Sapido, delicatamente tannico, abbastanza morbido. Equilibrato ed intenso con note di frutta secca.
Si accosta molto bene con paste al ragù, mozzarella, focacce farcite. Va bene l'abbinamento con piatti a base di pesce, specie se in zuppa.
