In 1997 Yunmani Bergamasco decided to follow his passion and, fresh from his agricultural studies but above all mindful of his grandfather's teachings, began to cultivate vines. We are in Cervignano del Friuli, in the Friulian lowlands, an area of great potential for viticulture thanks to its proximity to the Adriatic Sea and at the same time to the Julian Pre-Alps, two natural elements that manage to mitigate temperatures, here never too cold or too hot. Yunmani's commitment to always work with respect for the delicate ecosystems of each vineyard has led Obiz to obtain the certification of agro-climatic-environmental conformity, as evidenced by the affixing of the bee stamp on the labels. In the winery it is the hand of Francesco Visintin instead to give the imprint that characterizes Obiz wines: cleanliness, correspondence between vine and sensations released by the wine, relevance to the territory, great freshness.
