The Domaine Oratorie de Saint Martin boasts a history of almost 300 years, today carried on by the Alary brothers who wanted to continue the production of the classic wines of the Rhone Valley.
We are talking about centuries-old vineyards in which the production of this splendid Cairanne Reserve De Segneurs Rouge is located, defined as "young" as it comes from plants that are "only" 50 years old.
A Cairenne that is born thanks to a manual harvest followed by destemming and vinification by pressing for 12 days. The most accessible label of the Domaine which is a great start to get to know and taste the wines of this region.

Color
Rosso rubino intenso, con riflessi chiari.
Smell
Piacevole ed espressivo, rivela aromi di frutti rossi e neri, oltre a note speziate. Ciliegia, ribes nero, mora e uva spina, cannella, liquirizia, cuoio e tabacco formano un bouquet di aromi molto lusinghieri.
Taste
Rotondo ed elastico, è di una bella ricchezza aromatica, con i sapori dominanti di confettura di ciliegie e spezie dolci. Questa densità è presente fino alla finale, bilanciata da un tocco di freschezza molto apprezzabile.

Ideale con la carne d'agnello.

Since André Alary in 1692, ten generations of grape growers from one to the next for over 300 years have worked on the same vineyard. Frédéric and François Alary have taken over the farm in 1984 and work 25 hectares on the Saint Martin hillsides including the oratoire, built in the middle of the vineyard, which gave its name to the estate.
