description
Porpora intenso e profondo.

The Ottin Winery Company was founded based on a personal passion. The passion of a young farmer for wine and his land. A passion that comes from afar, inherited from the mountain viticulturists over the generations. Secular knowledge and savoir faire that Elio Ottin was able to put to work creating his farm company in the early nineties after completing his studies at the Regional Agricultural Institution and the Verzuolo Agricultural Institution. Agricultural Technician at the Agricultural Councillor of the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta, he left public service at the end of the nineties in order to fully dedicate himself to his passion and his company. 2007 presented a new challenge: he decided to vinify the grapes which to date were given to a local cooperative himself. This is how Ottin wines were born. Wines of great personality, manufactured mostly from grapes native to the region, grown in areas which naturally adapt to viticulture, where the vine prospers in a balanced way, according to production techniques that are environmentally friendly.
