The Armando Parusso company is located in the heart of the Barolo District, where the two types of Tortoriano and Elveziano land merge to create a union in which Nebbiolo manages to best express its characteristics.
The cultivation method used by this winery has always preserved the life cycle of the vineyards so as not to stress the plants and obtain a high quality product.
We are facing a production where love, attachment to the territory and passion are mixed.
The Barolo Mariondino obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, is made by hand harvesting which undergoes a soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, aging in oak barrels and bottle aging.
Typical ruby ??red color, spicy aroma and fruity notes of cherry and licorice, enveloping flavor and with a marked tannin.
Its characteristics make it ideal for roasts, truffle foods, game and aged cheeses.

Cantina Parusso is located between the villages of Castiglione Falletto and Monforte dAlba, in the hamlet of Bussia, on a hill called Bricco Rovella: 20 hectares of vineyards nestle in Località Bussia, Ornati, Mosconi, Le Coste, Mariondino and Villero.
The love for the vineyard dates back four generations and the one single aim of Parusso Family is to produce great wines prized for delicacy and elegance.
The pursuit of a unique and premium character is the result of caring devotion to work in the various vineyards. A further expression of this philosophy is based on the diversity of the viticulture, where art and science meet to produce wines of great character in perfect harmony with the terroir.
The Barolo Bussia, Barolo Mariondino, Barolo, as well as Barbera dAlba Superiore and Bricco Rovella Bianco are vintage wines, made from a careful selection of the oldest vines.
Barbera dAlba Ornati, Dolcetto dAlba Piani Noce, Nebbiolo Langhe and Langhe Bianco are wines characterised by a more everyday style in which the fragrance and freshness of fruit exalt their personality.
