Name: Pertois-Moriset
Start-up year: 1951
Cultivated hectares: 18
Address: 13 Avenue de la République - Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (France)

18 very divided hectares, consisting of small parcels located in the Côte des Blancs (in Mesnil sur Oger, Cramant, Avize, Oger) and in the Côte de Sézanne (in Barbonne, Chantemerle, Bethon): a family heritage that, since 1951, has handed down from father to son. Since 2005, Cécile and Vincent have been running the company, well aware that being a vignerons in Champagne requires much more than "knowing how to make wine"! In a constant balance between biological intent and the need to react to the climatic trend of the vintages, the Pertois-Moriset maison has set itself another beautiful challenge: to ensure that the Chardonnay of its cuvèes interpret the terroir of origin ... and when these are the best crus of the Côte des Blancs.
