description
Polvanera is a winery born from the awareness of the great potential of the primitive grape variety and which carries out a project aimed at enhancing this and other indigenous grape varieties.
We are in one of the most touristic areas of Puglia, a few steps from Matera too, here we find the cellars and the ancient farmhouse now restored and place for tastings in the most ancient tradition.
Polvanera 14 is one of the best primitives produced by the company that comes from a vineyard of 4000 vines per hectare.
Produced from organic grapes harvested during the third week of September, it is worked entirely in steel.
A wine that remains faithful to the flavors of the vitiìgno and that is why it is not drunk in order to prevent the tannins from covering the original scents.
Polvanera 14 is a wine linked to the territory, characterized by freshness and minerality.
