The Polvanera winery has an organic production that extends over an area of ??100 hectares, where the altitudes benefit from a series of temperature changes which favor the formation of wines with particularly fine and elegant aromas.
Polvanera 17 Primitivo Gioia del Colle 2016 made of 100% Primitivo is produced by hand-picked grapes. Fermentation and aging are made in steel so as not to cover the native hints of the primitive with tannin.
The color is purple red and the scent recalls small berries, blackberry and plum with a hint of licorice and wild. imposing taste and endless finish.
Rosso purpureo di grande spessore con riflessi rubini.
Bouquet fittissimo di piccoli frutti di bosco, mora di rovo e prugna, con delicate note floreali (rosa) e vegetali (foglia di tè), impreziosite da ricordi di liquirizia, grafite e selvatico.
Gusto imponente, elegante, austero, sorretto da tannini levigati e da una vibrante vena acido-minerale. Finale interminabile in perfetta corrispondenza con l'olfatto.
Arrosti e ragù di carne, brasati, selvaggina da piuma e da pelo e grandi formaggi.

Winery Pugliese, Polvanera are one of the best producers of Primitivo DOC Gioia del Colle, winning all the major wine guide 2011. Granvin wines primitive, then, but not limited to: Aglianico, Aleatico, Fiano and Falanghina among the top wines of this great company Puglia Polvanera wineries, is a winery located in Puglia and joy of the hill in the province of Bari Polvanera, top-of-production winery in Puglia, can count on 30 hectares of vineyards, of which half are cultivated with primitive, while the remaining host Aglianico grapes, Aleatico, Fiano, Falanghina and Muscat. Polvanera wineries produce some of the best wines of Puglia, with an eye to the special primitive: there are three, in fact, produced the various versions of this fantastic wine.
