All'olfatto di presenta con sensazioni floreali e fruttate di medio-corpo, Lime e Mela Granny Smith sono predominanti ma lasciano spazio anche a sentori di frutta a polpa gialla.
In bocca l'equilibrio perfetto destabilizza piacevolmente i sensi con la pesca melba, l'albicocca disidratata e la mandorla che reggono lo spartito sinfonico del gusto.
Lugana Catulliano è ideale in abbinamento a grigliate di pesce, paste di semola ai frutti di mare o paste fresche all'uovo con tartufo bianco. Perfetto in aperitivo con quiche lorraine, tapas salate e verdure grigliate.
