Pratello is a winery that after being one of the first to receive organic certification, has decided to create a project called "Pratello idea" that goes beyond organic by integrating it with attention to biodiversity and proposing a holistic view of the land as living system.

Pratello Nero per Semper is part of the production of this winery and like the others it is certified vegan ok, made with 100% Rebo grapes, it is worked by macerating on the skins and then moving on to aging in steel and wood.

A wine with a sweet and silky finish defined as a work of art in liquid form.

Rosso rubino granato profondo con riflessi violacei.

Smell

Al naso è un'invasione pacifica di profumi di frutta rossa matura, noce moscata, china, vinaccia fresca, seguiti da sensazione di more e confettura di prugne. Lo spettro olfattivo su chiude con note di ciliegia, cioccolato fondente e rabarbaro.

Taste

In bocca è una goduria di bacche rosse come duroni, more, ribes, assoli prepotenti di fragola con un gusto finale dolce e setoso.

Pairings

L'abbinamento gastronomico è perfetto con carni rosse alla brace con cottura al sangue, selvaggina da pelo arrosto, costolette d'agnello ma,si può osare anche con cus-cus o paste fresche con salmì di Selvaggina da piuma e salumi di animali da bassa corte come speck d'anatra o prosciutto d'oca.
