The Quadra Franciacorta Green Vegan is the clear demonstration of the company philosophy. In fact, great attention is paid to respect for nature, sustainability and low impact. In particular with this wine the dogmas of vegan viticulture are respected.
This fine bubbles are produced by assembling Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes, harvested between mid-August and late September. Following the Classic Method of sparkling wine, it refines a good 48 months in the bottle, in contact with the yeasts.
The Franciacorta Green Vegan is straw-yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage and a very creamy froth. The nose gives off typical sensations of white fruit and citrus fruits, seasoned with a delicate and growing aroma of yeasts and bread crust. In the mouth it is very fresh, sapid and extremely harmonious.
Perfect for the aperitif time.

Quadra was born in 2003: an idea of Hugh Ghezzi, an entrepreneur in the field of "renewable" which, supported by his sons Mark and Cristina, decided to buy a small winery that completely restructures. The wine project Ghezzi family has been ongoing since the early 90's with the planting of the first vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the locality of Adro Marzaghette creating the homonymous farm. Between 1999 and 2004, the property expands to reach the current 37 hectares of vineyard, of which more will be added in the coming years.
