Louro 2018 is a wine from a selection of Godello and Treixadura. The son of Dn.Josè Palacios Remondo decided to create his own company in the Bibei valley, characterized by the use of traditional cultivation without pesticides and chemical treatments.
Louro 2018 is a fresh and intense wine with fruity notes, hints of rosemary honey and chestnut flowers. Serve with fish, lobster or cooked octopus dishes

Colore giallo dorato chiaro.
Smell
Presenta aromi di vaniglia dolce, frutta bianca matura (ananas e pesca) e un sentore di burro.
Taste
All'inizio è potente, presenta molti sentori minerali e note di frutta bianca nel corpo medio-pieno. Ha una buona struttura e acidità. Il finale medio-lungo, con sentori minerali e note erbacee.
Pairings
Da accompagnare a piatti di pesce oppure anche aragosta o polpo cotto.

Rafael Palacios is the brother of Spains leading winemaker Álvaro Palacios. It should come as no surprise that the family genius, enthusiasm and attention to detail are also evidenced in Rafaels wines. The vines of the DO of Valdeorras is located windward of Rueda, not too far to the north of the Portugal border and the River Miño. The jewel here is the white variety Godello, which is now achieving recognition similar to Albariño and Verdejo. Sandy soils with granite substratum, allied to historical terraced vineyards, add up to hard work, small yields and a concomitant high level of quality.
