A 9-hectare historic man-made estate founded in the late 19th century by the Barbichon and Prélat families in Gyé sur Seine on the famous Côte des Bar.

Today the fourth generation produces since 2010 with organic agriculture and since 2012 with biodynamics.

Champagne Blanc de Noirs is a cuvée of 88% Pinot Noir and 12% Meunier. Very balanced fresh champagne with a minerality typical of the limestone soils of the Côte des Bar.

An ideal bubble for festive occasions, a bottle that will give emotions typical of a great Champagne.

Bouquet di frutta matura, con la pera in evidenza, accenni di fiore esotico e anche bacche rosse, pesca.

Taste

Mineralità morbida, toni di agrumi leggermente salini con un lungo finale che ritorna sulle note minerali.

The brothers Barbichon, the third generation of winemakers in Gyé sur Seine, they first had experience with his father Robert, after they did a workshop on biodynamic by Fleury, who remains one of the pioneers of biodynamics in Champagne.
