description
The Robert Barbichon Maison is located in Gyé-sur-Seine, in the heart of the Côte des Bar and
is now managed by the brothers Thomas and Maxime Barbichon who converted to the principles of biodynamic agriculture,
applying them in the family vineyards.
Small family-run company with most of its vines grown in Pinot Noir, it bases its work on respect for the environment
and the care of vineyards present in the vineyard for more than 30 years.
Within their production, Blanc de Noirs Brut is a wine that deserves special mention. Characterized
by a seductive bouquet with dominance of ripe fruit and pear, it detects a marked minerality that gives
us a final with exotic notes.
Ideal with appetizers and fish dishes.
