Details of wine
Immersing oneself in Borgo Rocca Sveva means coming into contact with one of the most prestigious companies in terms of wine production.
An ancient village renovated by Cantina di Soave, where we find labels of excellent quality and perfect expression of the terroir from which they come.
One of its flagship wines is the Soave Classico Castelcerino, one of the highest interpretations of the Soave, obtained through a production that respects the ecosystem present in these lands west of the Verona area.
A fresh white with a marked structure and persistence, born from grapes grown on the ancient lands of Castelcerino and made through a strictly manual harvest and a steel processing.
A real Veronese masterpiece.

CELLAR
Name: Cantina di Soave
Start-up year: 1898
Cultivated hectares: 6000
Winemaker name: Filippo Pedron
Address: Viale Vittoria, 100 - Soave (VR)
Web Site: www.cantinasoave.it
Almost 20 years ago the Soave Cellar began a process of unification of other cooperative wineries in the territory, from 1,000 members to the current 2200 for a total of 6000 hectares of vineyards and 30 million bottles produced annually. In 2016, after a long bureaucratic process, work began on the expansion of the winery over an area of 30,000 square meters which, with a low environmental impact, will lead to double the production lines and further increase the bottling capacity. The restructuring plan, estimated at around 100 million euros, also includes urbanization and infrastructural works to improve the road network around the company. In such a dynamic reality the quality of the wines produced remains solid and unchanged, which, despite the dizzying numbers and the strongly entrepreneurial setting of the production, retain a soul that is faithful to the tradition and territory of origin.
