100% Chardonnay de Villers-Marmery, this vintage is produced by selecting the grapes of our oldest vines (50 years) and from just one year of harvest. This champagne, with an elegant vinosity, benefits from a traditional one-year vinification in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, a long aging on the lees, between six and seven years and a year of rest in our cellars after disgorgement.
Complex, refined and balanced at the same time, this vintage guarantees you love at first sight. A champagne to please and enjoy.

We are delighted to welcome you to our site to introduce you to our estate and provide you with a few facts about our terroir and our familys expertise, and give you a description of each of our cuvees. The Sadi Malot estate lies in the heart of the vineyard in Villers-Marmery, a small village at the tip of the Montagne de Reims, in the middle of the Reims-Epernay-Châlons-en-Champagne triangle. We have owned the vineyard for 5 generations our Champagne House is a purely small-scale, traditional, family-run business. The adventure continues over the decades and down through the generations, with the same love for vines and wine. This love and pride in being vintners is fulfilled by producing Sadi Malot Champagnes, appreciated by increasingly knowledgeable connoisseurs. A few years ago we signed the Independent Winegrowers Charter as a symbol of our commitment to the quality of our work.
